REVEREND ROBERT JAMES MCFADDEN derived pleasure from his distinguished sixteen year career with Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where he applied his practical and academic expertise in a variety of managerial positions. He managed millions in company resources and traveled extensively throughout the world. While at Novartis, he attended Clinical Residency Programs at Tulane University and Temple University concerning the disease states of Parkinson and Alzheimers.
Robert, being an accomplished Senior Level Executive with expertise in business and economic development, marketing, strategic client development, team management and project delivery, became an expert “builder” in the competitive construction market. He has the exceptional ability to construct and facilitate cohesive teams, interface with public agencies and liaise with key stakeholders. Because of these extensive skills, he has been involved in complex projects that have challenged the status-quo in terms of design, delivery and cost efficiency.
Robert was licensed to preach the Gospel by Pastor J.A. Jones of Camden, New Jersey in 1999 and ordained by the Pennsylvania Eastern Keystone Association under the guidance of Dr. James S. Allen, Philadelphia, PA in 2006.
Since July, 2009, he has been fulfilling his “Divine Calling” as pastor of the Resurrection Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania through the wholistic ministries of pastoring, evangelism and edification.
Robert earned his Undergraduate Degree at Rowan University, Glassboro, New Jersey, his Masters Degree at Webster University, Cinncinnati, Ohio, and has received extensive coursework in religion from the Reformed Episcopal Seminary.
Robert is active and serves on the boards and committees of numerous religious, community, civic and cultural organizations, holds memberships in The National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc., The Baptist Pastor’s and Minister’s Conferences of Philadelphia and Vicinity, The Woodbury Minister’s Conference of Woodbury and Vicinity, The Pennsylvania Eastern Keystone Association, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and is CEO/Co-Founder of Quadrant Thinking, Inc., a Biometrics and educational organization. He was a recent speaker at a Bio Ethics Conference, which was centered on the study of controversial ethics brought about by advances in biology and medicine and its religious implications.
Outside of Robert’s professional interests, he enjoys traveling abroad, reading, tennis, golf, and spending quality time with his family.
